We are looking for an experienced Marine Construction Seawall Foreman and Carpenter Foreman to lead our field crews while working alongside them in the day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads by example, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can keep projects running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise marine construction crews on a variety of waterfront projects.
- Work side-by-side with the crew while directing daily operations.
- Coordinate tasks, equipment, and materials to maintain project schedules.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and meets quality standards.
- Read and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, and Operation Manager.
- Train, mentor, and motivate crew members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in marine construction with proven leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of marine structures, docks, seawalls, pilings, and related construction methods.
- Ability to operate construction equipment and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Positive Attitude.
- Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus).

Hours are 7AM-3:30 PM.

Compensation: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
